SECTION 1. ORDER OF BUSINESS. At meetings of the Club, the order of business, so far as the character of the meeting may permit shall be as follows:

  • REPORT OF PRESIDENT
  • REPORT OF CORRESPONDING SECRETARY
  • REPORT OF TREASURER
  • REPORT OF COMMITTEES
  • ELECTION OF OFFICERS AND BOARD (Annual Meeting)
  • ELECTION OF NEW MEMBERS
  • UNFINISHED BUSINESS
  • NEW BUSINESS
  • ADJOURNMENT

SECTION 2. ORDER OF BUSINESS. At meetings of the Board, the order of business, unless otherwise directed by majority vote of those present, shall be as follows:
